Malt Monitoring is now available ...
The German Federation of Brewers (Deutscher Brauer Bund e.V.) launched a monitoring system for malt in March of 2011. The goal in developing this system is to ensure a higher level of food safety in accordance with German legislation, a goal also in the interest of the brewing industry worldwide.
