As part of the Technical University of Munich, the Research Center for Brewing and Food Quality also conducts projects to support teaching. We assign and supervise Diploma, Master's, Semester and Bachelor theses that address current topics from the brewing and beverage sector. The range of projects includes fields of microbiology as well as analytics and technology. The Research Center also maintains close contact with industry partners.
However, final papers that are prepared outside of the university require prior approval from the department's examination board. The current project topics can be obtained from the head of the Research and Development department, Dr. Martin Zarnkow.
