Farewell to Karl-Heinz Bromig. Thank you!
The Research Weihenstephan Center for Brewing and Food Quality would like to thank Karl‑Heinz Bromig for his work as deputy head and brewmaster of the division instrumental analytics. Since 1990, i.e. for 32 years, Mr Bromig has supported breweries, beverage producers, raw material producers, water suppliers and the supply industry with his special and professional way of performing "advisory analytics". He has always been a brewer with a heart and has always shared his practical knowledge with customers, colleagues, students and trainees with enthusiasm for the production process and the resulting products. The Weihenstephan Research Centre is very grateful to Mr Bromig that he will continue to support young colleagues in his retirement. Karl-Heinz all the best, joie de vivre and above all health for your future journey!
