Dr. Martina Gastl welcomed our guest Dr. Glen Fox, Anheuser-Bush endowed Professor for Malting and Brewing Sciences at the University of California, Davis, to Talk@TheBrewery on Aug. 17, 2023. Dr. Fox heads the Brewing Science program there. His presentation, titled challenges ahead in the US craft brewing industries, focused on trends in the US market and in the American brewing industry. The event, which also invited networking among colleagues, was as always well attended. We would like to thank Dr. Fox for his visit and the interesting lecture and the Bavarian State Brewery Weihenstephan for their kind support.
