Prof. Jacob and Dr. Hutzler win the 4th Ludwig-Narziß-Award 2018

The Research Center Weihenstephan for Brewing and Food Quality won the 4th Ludwig-Narziß-Award 2018 for the best Brewing Science paper with the highest practical impact in 2017 for the paper „Bavarian Wheat Beer,an Example of a Special Microbe Habitat – Cultivation, Detection, Biofilm Formation, Characterization of Selected Lactic Acid Bacteria Hygiene Indicators and Spoilers“ of Robert Riedl, Paula Goderbauer, Andreas Brandl (Doemens e. V.), Fritz Jacob and Mathias Hutzler.
